PR-439 Combat Rope เชือกน้ำหนักเสริมสร้างกล้าม
- 15m x 1.5" nylon encased battle rope for crossfit, boot camp training
- Used for military training as far back as the ancienty greeks, mainly for body weight training/ climbing, traversing, etc
- Recently integrated in to ground based training, focused on core strength and upper body conditioning
- Offer a fantastic alternative to cardio training, while strengthening the core, back shoulders and even arms! An entire upper body workout can be done with these ropes, and the core strength gains are an added bonus.
- When we set about creating a battle rope, we chose 1.5" diameter polypropylene core to prevent decay/breakdown of the fibres. On the outside we added a nylon casing to prevent breakage of the rope fibres when in contact with the ground. We then added heat shrunk end caps to prevent end fraying. The end result is a rope that is suitable for outdoor use, and will keep looking good for years to come.
