Statement of Work/Description of Requirements
Peace Corps/Thailand is seeking installation of a minimum 30kW on-grid photovoltaic (PV) system. The individual or company (Contractor) selected to provide the on-grid PV system will be responsible for the planning, installation, and completion of the project in accordance with laws, regulations, policies, norms, and standards regarding PV systems of the Royal Thai Government at the national, provincial, and district level. Contractor should also take into consideration the following:
1. The Contractor must liaise between Peace Corps/Thailand and Metropolitan Electricity Authority (MEA) to seek approval of and ensure regulatory compliance of the proposed PV system.
2. The PV panels are to be installed on the rooftop of the office building(s) and parking lot cover.
3. The PV system must include a monitoring system. Peace Corps is soliciting fixed-price quotations from the vendor community for the supplies and services detailed below in the
Statement of Work/ Description of Requirements. Interested vendors should submit a quotation for the services as described further in this RFQ. Please do so by sending your completed and signed Attachment 1—Vendor Quotation Form by e-mail to:

Quotations are due no later than 16:00 (4:00 pm) on Wednesday, September 19, 2022. Late quotations will only be accepted at the contracting officer’s discretion.
Interested vendors will have an opportunity to view the Peace Corps office compound layout before they submit their quotation. Written questions about this Request for Quotation (RFQ) may be sent in the same fashion to the individual noted above in advance of the RFQ due date. No phone calls please.
