Peace Corps Thailand requires hotel rooms and meeting space during PST 134 Orientation and Counterpart Conference in Suphanburi. Rooms must be available from January 20-February 1, 2023, and April 2-5, 2023 as noted below:

Period1: Orientation week January 20-February 1, 2023
Rooms (Single/Twin) Approximately 75-80 rooms (12 nights)
Meeting Room 2-3 conference rooms for 70 participants for 11 days
Office space working room/storage (Complimentary)
Coffee Breaks 52-81 pax per day (11 days) (Morning and Afternoon)
Buffet Lunch 52-81 pax per day (11 days)
Buffet Dinner 52 pax on Jan 20th, and 91 pax on Jan 23rd, 2023

Period2: Counterpart Conference April 2-5, 2023
Rooms (Single/Twin) Approximately 150-165 rooms per day
Meeting Room 2 conference rooms for 200 participants (3 days)
Office space 1 working room/storage (Complimentary)
Coffee Breaks 52-81 pax per day (Morning and Afternoon), on 3-5 April
Buffet Lunch 178 pax per person per day (3-4 April)

• All quotes must be in Thai Baht.
• All rooms and conference rooms must include free Wi-Fi and standard facilities
• Consecutive available rooms on the period from January 20-February 1, 2023, and April 2-5, 2023
• Hotel must be able to take Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) or bank check payments in Thai Baht.
