Great for taxis and busses.Record the conditions of the road, weather, and traffic directly from your dashboard. Supply evidence to insurance companies and law enforcement if needed. Installation so is easy you will be monitoring the vehicle in minutes. Just clip to the sun visor and connect to the cigarette lighter. The unit begins recording as soon as power comes on. The unit will continue recording as long as power is on (unless you shut it off). If power is interrupted, the battery backup will keep recording up to an additional 15 minutes. Note: Some vehicles maintain power to the cigarette lighter when the ignition is off, others do not. Records the moments before and after any accident or incident.
A single 32 GB Micro SD card can hold up to 48 hours of video storage (Micro SD Card Not Included). When memory is full you have two options. 1) Overwrite the oldest files so you never run out of memory. 2) Stop recording so you don't delete old files.
720 x 480 @ 25 - 30 FPS and 2 Mega Pixel Camera provide DVD quality video recording. Video footage isn't much good if you can't tell who it is or what exactly happened.
