While the art of handcrafting artisan chocolates has been discarded by most of the large candy manufacturers, Choclatique uses the care and patience necessary for making our Chocolate Cherry Cordials with a unique luscious taste right from our Chocolate Studios. Our plump, premium Grade A Maraschino cherries are marinated and then wrapped in a specially formulated white chocolate-butter ganache. They are hand-stuffed and sealed in Choclatique's signature Private Reserve Dark Chocolate (64%) shells. The cherry confections are then set aside for about a month to cure allowing the centers to liquefy making that delicate liquid center with just a touch of white chocolate ganache. Choclatique Dark Chocolate-covered Cherries make the perfect snack, gift or treat for any occasion.
