Annie has a wonderful husband and a darling little girl - everything she's ever wanted in life. At least, that's what she thinks until she meets Maggie - cute, athletic and openly gay -at a softball game and discovers something in herself she never knew existed. The two women become teammates and friends but Maggie refuses to acknowledge or act on her own attraction out of respect for the family Annie has created.
