Our Soaked & Dried Macadamias are USDA Certified Organic by ICS (International Certification Services). These Certified Organic Macadamia Nuts have been soaked as Sally Fallon and the Weston A. Price Foundation suggests, and then dehydrated at low temperatures. Our Certified Organic Macadamia Nuts are fresh, flavorful and delicious. We do our best to procure the highest quality nuts available. They are soaked and dried under controlled conditions with commercial equipment in a USDA inspected kitchen. We take extra measures, such as refrigeration and vapor barrier packaging to insure that you receive only the best.
