Take some of the finest bicycle components in the world, add a custom-valved shock, and assemble it all to a world class all mountain frame made of weapons grade aluminum and you’ve got one of the finest full suspension bikes on the planet. The Mission 4 rallies any drop, rock shoot, or winding ribbon of single track. With a frame built around a custom-valved Fox RP23 XV rear shock, it’s the perfect complement to the Knuckle Box's linkage. This creates a smooth suspension platform and superior bottom-out-resistance resulting in a better ride. A Fox 36 TALAS RC2 FIT air fork offers adjustable travel from 160 to 130 to 100mm travel allowing you to change your travel based on your needs. The "FIT" damping cartridge offers compression, rebound, and lock out features to optimize your set up. A butted Alloy 1.5 Tapered steerer and 20mm thru axle wheel delivers a stiff front end for precise steering. A high end bike like this should only get top shelf components. Thus, we’ve decorated this beauty with a full Sram X-O 10 speed group including AVID X-O hydraulic disc brakes. The X-O kit offers the most crisp and precise shifting available in the lightest weight package. Easton carbon bars and seat post are some of the lightest in class and assist in keeping the overall weight of the Mission 4 extremely low. And no high end bike is complete without a set of Mavic Crossmax ST disc wheels. At 1600grams, these are some of the lightest all mountain wheels on the market. Using Mavic’s proprietary Maxtal Aluminum and SUP welding technology, they are also some of the stiffest and strongest as well.
