A powerful Run Report Using feature lets you run reports using only assets belonging to the currently selected location, employee, query, department, etc.. Multi-User ready. Simply specify the central location of the data file during installation or from the Preferences. Import delimited text files and Microsoft Excel spreadsheet data into AssetManage. Export data to HTML, Access database or an Excel spreadsheet.
  1. Instantly see who your assets are currently assigned to. AssetManage can automatically track and record changes in status or location.
  2. Scan and print barcodes. Print Barcodes on your Reports or Labels. Support for most standard Barcode formats including: Code 128, Code 39, CodaBar, UPC, Ean 128, Ean 13, etc. You can even print barcodes using 2D Barcode formats such as PDF417, Data Matrix and AZTEC.
  3. Manage your assets: track leases and warranties. Use the item notebook to record asset maintenance and repair history.
  4. Depreciation: calculate depreciation, view or print comprehensive depreciation reports concerning your assets. AssetManage supports the 5 most common depreciation methods: Straight Line, Double Declining Balance, 150% Declining Balance, Straight Percentage and Sum of of Years digits.
  5. Associate up to 4 images to each asset record. Attach as many attachments to a record as you want. A great way to keep track of documents or URLs related to an asset.
