I am incredibly thrilled with this watch. It was my very first G-Shock.
I have smaller wrists and the only complaint is that the band can easily make a tiny bit of sound on the smaller configurations. The look of it is great. The shade is outstanding (though, like others have actually said duller than visualized which is a good thing in my mind).
It can be a tiny bit bought to read the time in specific dark situations. However I enjoy it, its a fashion and practical watch.
This watch was my first G shock I was going to get a black that is until my sister showed me this one. Hesitant I provided it a shot and it paid. It is an excellent size and does not feel heavy at all. I have had it for about 3 months now and have received tons of complements on it. Like additional reviews this watch is not as bright as the picture shows however even more satin. The only unfavorable is the light up is rather fragile and does not truly light up the digital time. However mentioning significant to not offer this 5 stars absolutely suggest.
Bought this watch for my 14 YO son. This was the only thing on his birthday wish list. Did not know it was so popular. My very first idea was that it was going to be way too large for my very slender boy. I was wrong. Although the watch is marketed as XL, it has several holes that enables even the skinniest of individuals to wear. My son loves it and it looks wonderful on him. Cash well spent.
I have been looking all over Canada for a sophisticated red G-Shock watch, and finally i located a very trendy one for an affordable cost. My only complaints are the vibrance of the red is a little exaggerated in the picture and the bands of the watch are a little loose but besides that it goes wonderful with your outfit and produces extremely nice photography. I am completely delighted with my acquisition.
